My staff can act as your liaison with the federal government if you are in need of help from a particular agency. Some of the federal agencies and benefits with which you can receive assistance are the IRS, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, federal small business loans, visas, passports, immigration, federal student loans, veteran’s benefits, and FHA/HUD loans.
To request assistance, please print and complete this privacy release form. Federal law requires that we obtain your written permission before we can contact any federal agency on your behalf. Please explain in detail the problem you are having and provide copies of any related documentation. You may also attach a letter with a further explanation of your problem.
